In kōdō, the art of incense appreciation, fragrance is perceived with the nose and the heart in equal measure. Each &INCENSE stick carries a single raw material and nothing to distract from it — 100% natural ingredients, no synthetic fragrance, bound with only a trace of tabu-no-ki. These are not blends built to imitate a precious wood; each is the wood itself, left to speak plainly. That same purity is why several sticks can be burned together, their notes settling into one another rather than competing.
At the summit sits Kyara — the rarest, most resinous grade of aloeswood, historically valued by weight above gold. Dark, deep, and slow to unfold, it is incense at its most exceptional.
